The Bridge at Heritage Creekside

I’ve been a renter of a luxury apartment at the Bridge at Heritage Creekside since 2022. I am so happy I selected this amazing property after extensive research and countless site visits to others in the Plano area looking for my next home. Let me tell you the Bridge at Heritage Creekside is doing EVERYTHING right! Starting with great value you get for a clean, safe, and meticulously maintained property for your rent every month. Interior to the apartments and community buildings are spacious and crisp. I feel safe and enjoy the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Further I believe the entire staff needs special praise as I believe they are all top-notch! Everyone from the management. front-office, housekeeping, and maintenance crew are always so friendly, compassionate and attentive to the needs of the residents. They all work hard every day to ensure the residents are taken care of and the property is the best it can be. Amy and Karen are also always so supportive to the residents and provide a fun community which I deeply appreciate. Without any hesitancy, I would recommend everyone look at the Bridge at Heritage Creekside. I believe they will exceed your expectations and you will be a happy resident as I am.

This is a great place to live. It's quiet and they have beautiful apartments. I like the management style. They have a great team that works together to make the residents comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and you have everything you need around you. The apartments are recently built, the amenities are on point and affordable price. That's they deserve a 5 stars.

I’ve been with The Bridge for over a year now and I must say I don’t have any plans on leaving anytime soon. From the team in the leasing office, to the layout of the apartments, everything and everyone is top tier. I’m always treated with respect and professionalism that you don’t get everywhere. Go Saints (inside joke)! lol ⚜️

I lived here for 5 years, I was prompted to move out due to the lack of upkeep in the apartments. I only stayed as long due to the pandemic. There are teenagers hanging out all sorts of night, they change when they are picking up trash at the spur of the moment and the office staff is very money hungry leading them to try to find every reason to fine tenants. Dog poop is everywhere and theY randomly charged me when I know I picked up after my dog. The pool is very unsanitary and the gym is very unclean.There are always towels piled up everywhere and the machines are very outdated. We paid $100/mo for garage parking. The key fob never worked, the entry point to the elevator is covered in spiderwebs and they do not keep the property clean. Also, the elevator constantly shuts down leaving tenants to have to walk the stairs in 100 degree weather. When providing info to the staff they are clearly annoyed at the reports. Not to mention they charged me $800 upon move out for normal wear and tear. MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE WITH BAD DEMEANORS.

I’m not the type to leave reviews but READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO WITH THIS COMMUNITY!!! I read some reviews here saying they like to keep your money and it’s true. Absolutely disappointed with the staff. Stephanie was so nice to us when showing us the unit and after lots of back and forth we decided to apply. We were offered the admin fee ($150) waved by Stephanie for First Responders as my partner is a EMT/Firefighter just to later find out it was only waved IF we decided to lease the unit, otherwise not refundable, later mentioned that only the deposit ($100) being refundable in a Form of a check, LATER for the MANAGER AMBER to say nothing will be refunded . Not to mention how rude and entitled Amber Is. They truly play with your money , and make up stories to give reason as to why they will keep your money. Spend over $300 that day with the idea that’s we would be refunded BECAUSE IT WAS WAVED TO BEGIN WITH. Over all I’m just happy we didn’t go with this community and will not have to deal with this kind of entitled people to other peoples money.

I have been here for 15 months and have really enjoyed it! What really makes the place is the staff. The management team of Amber, Aimee, James, and all of the leasing agents both past (Anita and Lela) and current: Karen and Jeannea are wonderful. They have treated me and my little dog, Max, incredibly well and I'm very grateful. The complex really feels like a community, with frequent events: Breakfast at the Bridge, popsicles on hot Saturdays, popcorn on Fridays, movie nights. The Valet Living fee is not optional, but does provide a lot: in-home package delivery, common area cleaning, trash pickup outside your door Sun-Thu, and there was even a gift-wrapping event last Christmas! Additionally, there are 2 workout classes - although I've never been haha The apartments themselves have great finishes, with stone islands, stainless appliances, and great lighting fixtures. Best of all, since I work from home, management has been amazing about setting up a culture where neighbors don't bother neighbors with loud music, etc. It's nice and quiet and I love it! The gym is excellent, and there is a separate yoga studio as well. The pool has two electric grills, and there are two more electric grills in a courtyard with a fireplace and a putting green, there's a pool table, foosball, and a Starbucks machine - great amenities! It's a great place to live :)

This is total scam !!!! The white lady in the front was giving discrimination look and ignored us the whole time so we had no choice , but let Stephanie help us . She seriously needs to work harder and more energetic and honest. We re looking for one bedroom with 3 months leases. At first , she acted like nothing available when she was checking, ( not sure if she was really looked for it) , until I showed her what availability I found online, then she showed us something similar but said the unit would be ready to move the day we desired. Then she told us to do application online, but I called few times asking for help, then I ended up come back to finish at the office, then she said would give us a call when it approved . We supposed to move in today August 21, she called last Friday the 18th, we confirm to pay $1900+ extra fee for 3 months terms, we got an mail of statements $2348 , i asked that was not right, not what we agreed, she said that what she said, we were so mad and couldn’t move in with that price, I asked to terminate the lease and if we could get our deposit back( we paid $100 deposit + 210 for Application fee when we signed last week) she said her Supervisor will agree to lease $1900+ if we are not terminate. What’s the heck going ? No, thank you!!! Make sure you got the right quotes before signing here. I lost hundreds dollar and almost two weeks. Completely FRAUD !!!!
